DETOX SHOT - Recipe for Agni stimulator

This Ayurvedic recipe I learned to prepare during teacher training, is simple and tastes great.
Benefits are many, speeds metabolism, aids digestion, helps the gut to proper function.
Ideally taken before meals as an Agni (digestive fire) stimulator.

Lime Ginger Nectar
Ginger root
Lime Juice
Raw honey
Tip: I used a hand held tool to create the ginger, like the ones to grate hard cheese.
Suggested proportions.
3/4 cup ginger juice, 1.2 cup Lime juice, 1/4 cup Raw Honey
only a few spots remaining
