So excited to announce the return of Dr Manmohan for a Fall Seminar.
The seasons exert a huge influence on our lives.
The ancient discoverers of Ayurveda must have realized this at the very onset. No wonder that Ritu Charya (Seasonal Regimens) acquired prime of place in their narratives on the prevention of illness. Our mind and body respond varyingly to the seasons as much as to the weather of the place where we happen to be. In the most active phase of our lives, we probably ignored or cared less about the travails our body went through as we rushed madly ahead. Some of us are at an age, where where we are at our prime. Some of us are of an age where we can take pride in being more 'seasoned' and when we believe we still can give so much. It would be good to know at this stage what Ayurveda has to say about our health and the seasons. Especially as we await another fall and winter, considered to be the most testing as we transit into the stage of physical wear and tear (or already happen to be in it). Let us join on Saturday, September 24th at 9 a.m. EST), to listen to what Dr Manmohan (better known as Dr Manu) from Kerala, a healer and seasoned practitioner of Ayurveda, has to share.
This time he will discuss one of the most important pillars that supports us - AHARA, food, diet, upon which our health, harmony and happiness rest.
Join us live, on zoom platform.
Limited spots available to provide ample time to answer all the questions.
Registrations is required.
