Gentle Style Yoga

The class includes warm ups, asana movement with gentle stretches coordinated with breath.

Every month we have a themed inspired series, such as pranayama techniques, mudras, Ayurvedic Yoga, mantra, meditation.

Join this class as a drop in or purchase a class pass.

Suggested to bring for this class: 2 blocks, a strap with D rings, bolster, blanket.

We will end in Shavasana with relaxation techniques to integrate the practice.
