Evening Yoga

Gentle to moderate style, our evening practice explores the teachings of classical Hatha Yoga style.

Find solace, comfort and deep relaxation while opening the channels, clearing the mind while stretching and strengthening the body.

Open to all levels of practitioners.

YOGA FUSION - JANUARY 14 to FEBRUARY 23

Start the new year with a brand new signature class series based on the fundamentals of yoga asana, meditation and breath work invigorated by movement repetition for mobility and strength with light weights.

Created by Regina to enhance the ability to detox stagnate energy, and potentially building fitness.
