You will need to have available:
a large towel, a massage oil and dry - brush or natural sponge works.
Options for the oil: Cold pressed, sesame oil, almond oil, coconut oil. Any other body oil massage that you already have at home.
Options for body dry brush: natural bristles body brush or a dry wash cloth will do if you don't have a brush available.
