Shake it off! Summer Recipe 🌺
Regina Arabia Yoga | JUL 29, 2022
Shake it off, literally..
One of the most untraditional ways but fun, to start a yoga practice is by shaking.
Yes, you got it right, shaking arms, hands, legs, feet, shrugging the shoulders and moving the hips to awaken the body and circulate the flow of pranic energy.
Stimulating circulation, releases tightness in the fascia also helps reseting the nervous system.
Give it a try, notice how you feel after a couple of minutes. Begin with gentle shakes and increase movement as you are ready.
Notice when you stop, if your breathing patterns changed, if you feel more connection to presence of being...
