INTRO TO HATHA YOGA

A 7 day Course that will give the student all the most valuable information to experience the Foundations and principles of Hatha Yoga.

Posture clinic will cover:

• Standing, balancing, twists, backbend and forward fold postures(asanas).
• Alignment methodology
• Pranayama techniques
• Use of props and options
• Benefits and risk factors.
• We will discuss how yoga practice prepares for physical and emotional healing.
